The kitchen contains all appliances our tenants will need without taking up too much space. A modular couch-bed combo allows the main living space to transition between a lounging area and a bedroom. A table and chairs will provide space for eating and other table-top activities. The tiny-house-style space will encourage tenants to be conscious of the impacts their lifestyle has on the environment, to own only essential personal items, and spend more time out in the world than at home.
