How We Do It.
If you are passionate about sustainability then partner with our development team and form a new LLC for each location. Once the LLC is formed we can use our modular construction process to quickly produce a revenue stream, our short term rentals produce higher ROI than average traditional long term rentals. Blockhouse Life will handle operations and marketing, you kick back and enjoy introducing your community to sustainable stays.
